Chhavi Mittal Reveals She Is Fighting BREAST CANCER: ‘It’s Not Going To Be Easy, I Might Not Look The Same Again’
Chhavi Mittal reveals she has been diagnosed with breast cancer
Television actress Chhavi Mittal, on Saturday, took to her Instagram handle to reveal that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The actress penned a lengthy appreciation note where she addressed her breasts and said 'their importance peaked when she fed both her babies'. Today it’s her turn to stand by them in the fight against cancer. Chhavi also gave a sweet shout-out to all breast cancer survivors saying today she draws much inspiration from them. Mittal posted a photo of her wherein she showed off her cleavage and mentioned that she may not look the same again.
Chhavi wrote, “Dear breasts, This is an appreciation post for you. The first time I noticed your magic was when you gave me immense pleasure.. but your importance peaked when you fed both my babies. Today it’s my turn to stand by you when one of you fights cancer. Its not the best thing to happen, but it doesn’t have to bog my spirits down. It’s not going to be easy, but it doesn’t have to be tough. I might not look the same again, but it doesn’t have to make me feel different.”
She added, “A big cheer for all breast cancer survivors.. you have no idea how much inspiration I draw from you today. And also, for those of you who already know, thank you for being so supportive. Every call you make, every msg you send, every visit you pay me.. is appreciated no end and that’s all that makes a difference.”
Soon after Chhavi's post, her fans and friends from the industry started sending speedy recovery wishes for the actress. Many called her a ‘true fighter.’ Arjun Bijlani commented, “Once a fighter always a fighter . May god give u and ur family all the strength you need ..” Pooja Gor said, "Sending you healing energies. It’s going to be okay. U will fight it out.”
On the work front, Chhavi Mittal has been a part of many TV shows such as Teen Bahuraaniyaan, Naagin, Tumhari Disha, Viraasat, Krishnadasi and Ek Chutki Aasman and others. She and her husband, Mohit Hussein are the co-founders of the digital production company named Shitty Ideas Trending (SIT).
